117 competitors closed the season in the Christmas Shooting Tournament, which was held at the Geo Milev Shooting Complex in Sofia.
During the competition a new national record was set. It was set by Anton Rizov in men’s rifle after 60 shots in the main exercise. The competitor of the Plovdiv club “Trakia” recorded 635.6 points.

Legends Maria Grozdeva, Diana Yorgova and coach Valeri Grigorov also came to the shooting range. The most successful Bulgarian Olympian Maria Grozdeva admitted that she is impressed by the renovation of the shooting range in Geo Milev and believes that many future champions will come out of the modern facility.
